Gingerbread Biscuits
4oz Butter/Margarine
4oz Sugar
1 Egg Yolk
12oz Plain Flour
1tsp Bicarb of Soda
3tsp Ground Ginger
2½ Tablespoons of Golden Syrup
Equipment: Silicone Spoon, Egg Separator, Measuring spoons, Digital Scales, Silverwoods Biscuit tray
Mix all ingredients together and roll out and cut into shapes
Bake at 180 for approximately 10 minutes until golden.
They are soft initially but will be crunchy when cooled on a wire rack
