180g Wholemeal Flour

60g plain flour

1 tbsp baking powder

260g peanut butter

175ml Milk  

  • In a small bowl whisk peanut butter until smooth

  • In a larger bowl combine flour and baking powder and make a well in the centre

  • Mix in the peanut butter until well blended

  • Make into two balls

  • Use your hands to work the dough and knead for about 2 minutes

  • With a little flour roll the mixture into the preferred thickness

  • Cut with a bone biscuit and place on a baking tray lined with baking sheet

  • Bake for about 10 minutes at 200 degrees C

  • Cool on rack and store in airtight containers in the fridge
