1 x Bunch of Coriander

2 x Small Red Onions

2 x Tomatoes

1 x Lime

1tsp Lime Marmalade

1tsp Balsamic Vinegar

Equipment: Alligator, Measuring spoons, Dip bowl

 

Chop the bunch of Coriander in an alligator, followed by the Red Onions and then the Tomatoes.

Put into a large bowl and add the lime marmalade the juice of half a lime and the balsamic vinegar.

Mix together and serve in a dip bowl.
