This is a fab terrine tin which doubles nicely as a loaf tin.

Eyecatcher
Available in various sizes and shapes, the pans have the common feature of "slide-out" bases. This means that baked cakes, brownies, etc. can be removed from the pan by simply sliding it open from the side. Although we recommend that the pans are lined for use with particularly runny mixes, in most cases this is not required.
BBC Good Food Magazine has praised the pans as "brilliant - but so simple" The "Eyecatcher" pan derives its name from the eye-shaped catch in the base of the pan, which simply but effectively holds the base in place until you want to move it.

Having been to France to see how Le Creuset cast iron is made and spent time watching the whole process, there is not a lot that Tanya doesn’t know about Le Creuset cookware.

TANYA TIP
– never use Le Creuset cast iron on a hob higher than medium heat. Not only will this preserve the life of your pan but it will also save you money in gas or electric too.
Try this recipe which is designed for a 22cm Le Creuset casserole - its not only delicious but really economical as the ingredients are not expensive AND it only uses the fuel on the hob for a few minutes. retains the heat and cooks on its own! It is really delicious so have a go and if you don't have a Le Creuset casserole then give us a call or send us an e-mail and we will do the best price possible for you.

With preserving becoming a way of life in these times why not use the same method to preserve your husband.
This procedure holds a lot of truth. Try it. It was given to me on my wedding day.
Instructions
· Be careful in your selection. Do not choose one too young and take only that one who has been reared in a good moral atmosphere.
· Some insist on keeping them in a pickle, while others keep them in hot water. However this makes them sour, nasty and bitter.
· Even poor varieties may be made sweet, tender and good by garnishing them with patience and well sweetened with smiles.
· Keep them warm with a steady fire of domestic devotion and serve with peaches and cream.
· When prepared this way, he will keep for life.
